3yd: 3-Yard Quilt Club
This group will focus on making at least one 3-yard quilt per month. There are over 100 patterns to choose from. A master list of patterns will be provided to help you keep track. If you have a hard time putting fabrics together, we have created some fun 3-yd bundles for you to start with. You can work on your quilt at the shop but you are not required to. You are encouraged to bring in your quilts to show off as you get them done and you'll be entered into a prize drawing for that month!
Cost: $ FREE

QB: Beginnning Quilting
Do you want to make a quilt and just don't know where to start? In this class you will learn to make a quilt from beginning to end. Topics include fabric choice and preparation, pattern choice and how to understand quilting lingo, tools of the trade, cutting your fabric, borders, backing, binding and more! A must course for beginners.

Do you have a sewing machine that you haven't even taken out of the box? This class will walk you through unpacking your machine and learning how to thread it as well as how to wind a bobbin. You'll learn about the different tools that you'll want in your sewing kit and get comfortable with using your sewing machine. In this class you will make a simple project that will help you hone your new found skills!

Rug: Jelly Roll Rug
A jelly roll rug is a durable, washable rug created by sewing together 2.5-inch fabric strips (a "jelly roll") wrapped around cotton batting. Typically made in an oval shape, these rugs require roughly 40-42 strips (approx. 50 yards of batting), a sewing machine with a zigzag stitch, and a denim needle. They take about two afternoons to make.
