Join us in making this fun, reversable apron that just goes over your head.

Cost: $ 30.00
This group will focus on making at least one 3-yard quilt per month. There are over 100 patterns to choose from. A master list of patterns will be provided to help you keep track. If you have a hard time putting fabrics together, we have created some fun 3-yd bundles for you to start with. You can work on your quilt at the shop but you are not required to. You are encouraged to bring in your quilts to show off as you get them done and you'll be entered into a prize drawing for that month!

Do you want to make a quilt and just don't know where to start? In this series you will learn to make a quilt from beginning to end. Topics include fabric choice and preparation, pattern choice and how to understand quilting lingo, tools of the trade, cutting your fabric, borders, backing, binding and more! A must course for beginners.

Easy and fun to make, these bags in five sizes are perfect for storing and carrying make-up, sewing supplies, tech gear, and more. The pattern includes complete step-by-step instructions for making the bags with or without quilted fabric and for adding optional iron-on vinyl laminate to make the inside easy to wipe clean. Double-slide zippers and handy grab tabs make the bags easy to open wide and attached side panels prevent contents from falling out.

Simple and secure, this handy padded case is perfect for carrying your iPad, tablet or other electronic gear. An easy-to-install zipper at the top affords easy access while still providing protection for your valuable items. A padded zippered pocket on the front of the case holds cords and chargers; inside is a slip pocket for a cell phone or other items. Carry the case over the shoulder or cross-body with the adjustable strap. The finished case measures 11”W x 11½”H x 2”D.

Turn an old quilt, either machine or hand-made, into a functional and fun coat! No lining needed because your quilt is already two-sided. Add a decorative closure or leave open. If you don't have a quilt that you want to cut up, the local thrift shops have oodles of options!

This class will teach basic sewing skills. We will go over your machine's capabilities and what tools are best to have on hand. You will also practice basic stitching.

This is your opportunity to work on those UnFinished Objects! Each month we are dedicating time to work on items that have fallen by the wayside. This isn't limited to quilting projects. We have knitters, crocheters, and apparel sewers too! Any unfinished "craft" project qualifies. Pick up your official entry form at the shop, fill it out, and bring it back to me. We'll draw a number and that is the item you will focus on that month.
